Kevin Bailey For 28 years as a Medical Exercise Specialist, he has helped business women and professionals identify the source of their pain, and give them easy to use strategies that not only help them get out of pain, but move more freely and easily, and feel absolutely amazing. Today he is on a mission to help 1 million women say goodbye to pain, feel strong and fabulous, and love their life again. Kevin lives in beautiful Athens,Ga. with his wife Kisha.
My mother died from heart disease at the age of 56 and I was very depressed. I comforted myself with food in order to numb and escape the pain. As a result, I gained 30 pounds in 3 months. Suffered from lack of energy, motivation and isolation. I lost many clients, my marriage suffered, and my relationship with my son became strained.
I was laying on the floor binge watching another movie and I thought to myself, I am tired of being depressed, and physically tired! I want my energy back! I cannot bring my mother back, but I can honor her life and legacy by taking control over my own health and helping others to enhance their health, get out of pain, and get their life back!
What I discovered was that it wasn't enough to just change the way I was eating. I had to take a holistic approach to healing that focused on the body, mind, and spirit connection. Over time I started to see incredible changes! My mindset began to shift and I started to really SEE how much was possible for my life. Food began to energize me instead of slowing me down. My body became more resilient by the day and aches and pains began to fade.
Now I'm lean, strong, and pain-free, and I'm able to do the physical activities that I love to do while feeling calmer and more confident than ever.

Kevin is always in tune with his clients and their aches and pains.I came to Kevin’s boot camp when I was at a loss for a solution to help my severe back pain. I was told to start exercising again after all tests came back negative and I felt that I needed to learn how to live with chronic pain. Soon after starting the program, Kevin gave our group a 21 day challenge for clean eating and I found that my diet was affecting my back! I have been eating the “Kevin Diet” and joining boot camp for almost two years and I have never felt better (and lost 15 pounds as a bonus!). Kevin really gave me a new lease on life and I will forever be grateful.Kevin is always in tune with his clients and their aches and pains. He really strives to keep us all injury free and will advise best he can to modify exercises when healing. I was attending physical therapy and my therapists told me that Kevin actually accompanied a client to a therapy session one time. My therapist was impressed and said he never met a trainer that cared that much. Kevin is truly a kind and caring person and wants the best for each of his clients.
“What if…”It’s a conjecture that holds profound promise; that fosters unyielding optimism; that conveys a strong belief and foundational faith in the best of humanity. My name is Jodi Weber and I have had the privilege of working with Kevin Bailey since 2018, and have benefited from the immense talent that Kevin brings to his work, including the encouragement, the nurturing, and the support that his “What if…” statements embody. When our time together began, I had hoped to receive guidance on exercises that would help me be stronger and more physically fit, though I have to admit I’m not sure I even knew that meant. But then, with Kevin’s intuitive, gentle encouragement, I began to respond to his, “What if…” prodding’s and accompanying guidance for improvement:What if I could sit comfortably on the floor?What if I could stand back up without having to rely on the help of others?What if I could squat down to talk to someone without limping afterwards?What if my tailbone didn’t hurt?What if I didn’t hold my tension in my neck and shoulders?What if I didn’t wake up in pain?All of these problems had creeped in over the years and I had accepted them as part of the aging process. But “What if…” they could be impacted, improved, strengthened? “What if…” I could start using my body correctly instead of compensating in ways that seemed to work in the moment but harmed me long term? Sometimes Kevin’s “What if…” came in complete sentences, such as, “What if you made getting on the elliptical every day a priority, like you do your other appointments? What would happen?” and sometimes the “What if…” occurred through slow but consistent progress, such as when I realized my tailbone no longer hurt and I began to wonder, what might it feel like to have a stronger core? So, always responsive and supportive, Kevin helped me to explore ways to safely impact my new goal while making sure I didn’t injure myself.Being a woman of many words, I often engage Kevin in conversation as we work together. Through these inspirational and thought-provoking exchanges, I have found myself responding to Kevin’s “What if…” to strengthened my personal self-talk and daily engagements, allowing me to consider more possibilities:What if I made healthier food choices? Could I lose 10 pounds?What if I didn’t keep my body tense, ready for fight or flight?What if I focused on the good in those around me?What if I didn’t watch the evening news before going to bed?What if I turned off some of the alerts on my phone?What if I took the time to breathe deeply? You can see reflected in my testimonial all the ways Kevin has strengthened my Foundation through his gentle guidance and reinforcement of the four tenants that feed into and from this base: encouraging a positive Mindset, making healthy choices with my Meals, prioritizing consistent stretching and Movement, and the settling that comes from prayer, breath, and/or Meditation. These have not been forced on me but, instead, when I have shown a readiness Kevin has responded with encouragement and support. I will be forever grateful to Kevin, who employed his framework, strength and outlook on life to help me through the death of both of my parents, the pandemic, and my husband’s challenging health issues – all while helping my body stay strong and my mind positive. This has been no small feat and has only been possible because he saw me as more than a client who needed to get her heart rate up, but instead as a person with a heart, body, and soul.
My goal to run in a half in all 50 states, and Kevin’s support and guidance has helped me reach 20!WoW Bootcamp has been a life changer for me, and Kevin Bailey has helped me achieve fitness levels that I never thought were within my reach! Being in my 40’s, I find it harder to find motivation to exercise to be healthier and lose weight. Through my workouts with Kevin and the other members of Wow, I have accountability that has helped me continue to work hard and be healthy. Within the past year, Kevin has helped me recover from a hamstring injury so that I can continue to run half marathons. My goal to run in a half in all 50 states, and Kevin’s support and guidance has helped me reach 20! My times are even getting faster thanks to my stronger glutes, hamstrings, and hips!
